“The people from Jorve were very professional, the people that dropped off the supplies were not so much They were using very course language loud enough that I could hear it through closed windows They also pilled a LOT of materials right in my driveway which unfortunately I didn't see until I had to pick up my son from school I had to move the materials, some of which were very heavy This caused me to be late picking up my son from school The gutter people were okay but they miscalculated the materials they needed and had to come back another day They left tools behind and the areas where the worked had to be touched up Thankfully Jorve provided a person who came out and touched up the areas with paint Lastly I am still waiting for the rusted pipe on my ventilation system to be replaced Please let me know when that will be scheduled”
