“over 90 days ago your employee damaged a ceiling can when installing baffels in my attic Your employee KEVIN has failed to repair the damage after sending your employees out three times I have taken 24 hours off of work to be available for this and other repairs In good faith I have paid every bill submitted and still I have documented emails since voice commincations were never resolved I would prefer to be contacted by someone who can resolve my installation issues, not the individuals who failed Sorry for the spelling I invite you to inspect the work your team has performed, maybe an independent inspector could resolve this issues or Jesse from KIRO?
